    Pour répondre aux enjeux de sécurité incendie des bâtiments classés « IGH », MALERBA a mis au point des solutions de blocs-portes paliers spécifiques pour l’habitat collectif dans les immeubles grandes hauteurs conformes à la réglementation incendie en vigueur et aux recommandations de la NRA.
    Après le lancement d’ALTIPHONE, blocs-portes pour logements neufs IGH au printemps 2019, MALERBA lance IGIABLINDE, la solution de blocs-portes paliers en réhabilitation pour IGH existants.
    IGIABLINDE présente une résistance au feu EI60, un affaiblissement acoustique de 41 (-2 ; -6) dB et une stabilité Classe 2b. Ce bloc-porte constitué d’un vantail de 65 mm d’épaisseur avec un cadre contrefeuilluré s’installe sur une huisserie ou un bâti scellé existant en acier (MBA-177).
    La conception spécifique de son bâti de réhabilitation permet de remplacer rapidement la porte existante tout en améliorant le confort et la sécurité de l’habitat réhabilité.
    Comme ALTIPHONE, IGIABLINDE est déclinable en version hôtelière avec une serrure à carte à choisir parmi une sélection de produits et un ferme-porte en applique ou encastré.
